VolPro Edge offers digital educational materials, custom trading indicators, daily market analysis, live trading mentorship, and community access via Discord. You are purchasing a subscription-based digital membership that delivers these services electronically.

All content and materials provided through VolPro Edge are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, and neither VolPro Edge nor its team members are liable for any financial losses incurred.
5. Subscription & Billing
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing at the rate and interval selected (monthly, quarterly, or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
6. No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital delivery and instant access to all proprietary materials, all purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
7. Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account login information. Sharing access credentials or redistributing VolPro Edge materials is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without notice or refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All indicators, lessons, charts, course content, and other materials are the intellectual property of VolPro Edge and may not be copied, distributed, or resold in any form.
9. Community Guidelines
Access to the private Discord community is a benefit of your membership. Members must maintain professionalism, respect others, and follow community rules. We reserve the right to remove disruptive users without refund.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform in any way.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from using VolPro Edge.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VolPro Edge UK LLP, Andrew Owings, and any affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
